Refund & exchange policy

I hope you love your H&T purchase and am working hard to ensure all items that are posted to customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item I do accept returns for a full refund. And I am also very happy to exchange for other items in the collection. This period extends 30 days from purchase. Of course the item needs to be returned in new saleable condition. Please note, the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer; we do not currently offer free returns.

For all returns - UK and International including Europe please send to the address below in bold type. 

Inside your package is an easy to use returns form, please send this back with your item. We ask you to make the return using a method that has tracking so the package is safe and secure. Royal Mail 48hr tracked is ideal. A signature is not necessary.

If you item was packaged inside a H&T cotton dustbag bag please send this back also.

European & International returns

For returns from Europe please contact me at info@honeyandtoast.co.uk - I will provide you with an RMA number. Please ensure parcels are marked clearly with this RMA number and labelled clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods come back into the UK. In an effort to be paperless we have not included a returns form with your order, so please help us by noting your order number or name inside the package. Please note that without this order number your refund may be subject to a delay. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning an item. If goods are held by UK customs due to shipment errors it will not be possible for us to process a refund.

After the item is received at Heritage House you can expect a refund within 3 days of receipt to the original payment method. We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. Please package the returned product carefully adequately - we recommend using the original box. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request. Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy. Sale items are only eligible for exchange. Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid in full by Honey & Toast. We can only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.honeyandtoast.co.uk, if you have bought an item from a different retailer or website please follow their policy for refunds and exchanges.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.

Returning personalised items
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Honey & Toast.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another, please email info@honeyandtoast.co.uk to let me know what you would like to swap for what - I can work out if I owe you money or vice versa. Then please send the item back following the above guidelines for refunds - with a note inside the package to explain what you would like to exchange for! Your exchange will be actioned as soon as possible and any relevant refunds will be made at this time also.
