Step 1
Your design is uploaded when you place your order and carefully traced by me. Before production begins, I'll email you a drawing for approval to make sure you're completely happy with the design.
Step 2
Once approved, your unique blocking tool is engraved by a specialist company in London who have been creating metal blocking tools for over 50 years. The tools are made from magnesium and can be recycled after use.
Step 3
Your blocking tool is then sent to our factory in Somerset, where your chosen H&T accessory is embossed with gold foil. Using high temperatures and expert craftsmanship, Daren personally completes the gold stamping to achieve a crisp, beautifully defined finish.
