You orders are carefully packed and shipped then sent via Royal Mail.

Choose between Royal Mail 24-hour or 48-hour tracked at checkout. Orders over £110 qualify for FREEPOST, which is a 48-hour tracked service.

Orders placed before 11:30am are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:30am are sent the next working day. Please note we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

• Bags and purses: packed in cotton tote bags, with a care card and thank you note.
  
• Smaller pieces: sent in striped paper gift bags, with care cards and thank you note.
  
• Sale pieces: wrapped in tissue.
  
• All parcels sealed with our signature smiley face tape.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Oldham.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 days from dispatch, please get in touch and a refund or replacement will be offered.

When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. If you do notice a mistake please contact me ASAP and I will do my best to help of course.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International, using a trackable service and signed for on delivery where possible.

Approx. 10 working days, though this can be longer depending on customs.

• Customers outside the UK are responsible for all duties, VAT and import taxes (except for EU orders valued at €150 or under).
  
• Costs vary from country to country, and Honey & Toast cannot be held liable.
  
• If duties are refused or parcels rejected, packages may not return safely and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

• Sent via Royal Mail International, trackable and signed for on delivery where possible.
• You may be liable for customs fees in Europe, including the Republic of Ireland.

• Orders valued at €150 or under will not receive additional charges.
• Orders over €150 are subject to customs fees before delivery is released. Please check exchange rates before ordering.

Our family run factory is in Frome, Somerset.

The factory send boxes the boxes of carefully packed bags and leather accessories to our warehouse in Oldham. Your orders are sent out from here.

All H&T leather goods are designed by me, in my home studio in SE London.
