Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with Honey & Toast you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.

Honey & Toast own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use.

Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Honey & Toast website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of our GDPR compliance.

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Honey & Toast you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors.

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Information
Honey & Toast aim to post orders within 2 – 3 working days.

Honey & Toast send products via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. If you require your
item on a Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day service) then please contact us on
info@honeyandtoast.co.uk and we can try our best to arrange and advise costs.

When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery as we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

Should your order not arrive, please contact Honey & Toast, a full refund or a
replacement will be offered once 14 days from dispatch has passed.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the following model cancellation form (email is fine). We will then process your return.

We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange.
Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Honey & Toast.
We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.honeyandtoast.co.uk, if you have bought an item from a different retailer or website please follow their policy for refunds and exchanges.

Returning Custom Items:
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Honey & Toast; in this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Products
The solid colour leathers are durable, reasonably resistant to surface damage and stand up against rainy weather. If your bag does get wet then dry it as soon as you can with a soft cloth.
The printed leathers need to be kept as dry as possible and kept out of bright sunlight for prolonged periods as this can cause fading.
The bags with printed leather front flaps are lined in grey suede, the body of the bags are unlined. The solid colour bags are entirely unlined. You may see markings on the reverse side of the solid colour leather.
To keep your bag looking its best, please store in the dustbag it comes with.
The inside of the satchels will stain from leaky pens and so on – so please take care.
Leather will soften and change over time - this is part of the natural ageing process and should be cherished for the stories it tells.
The metal fittings on all Honey & Toast products are made from coated and uncoated brass, they will develop a unique patina. The brass fittings may have small irregular marks and are unlikely to be a uniform colour. We consider this to be a positive, and, as with the leather we use, the metal fittings will change over time making your bag unique to you.
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting.
Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail to the address provided.
This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.

Payment
Honey & Toast main payment methods are PayPal and Shopify supported – You do not need a PayPal account to purchase with us. Honey & Toast does not store payment information, it is processed by PayPal and Shopify.

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Honey & Toast. Honey & Toast must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Honey & Toast will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Honey & Toast acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Your details will be held on our system in accordance with our data protection policy - compliant with GDPR, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
